Referral program and Founding Members
Invite other professionals to landplan.io. When someone you refer pays for a plan, you earn a commission on what they paid, and they get a discount on their first months.

The numbers on this page are the program's current settings. landplan.io may change them. The Refer & earn page in the app always shows the numbers that apply to you today. Until the program opens, the page says The referral program isn't open yet.
The Refer and earn page
Click the gold Refer & earn button at the top of the app, next to your account. It is on every page from tablet width up, and on the map on wide screens. On a phone, or on a narrower map, it is the gold card at the top of the account menu. A number on it counts the people who signed up or paid, and the commissions earned, since you last opened the page. Billing links to it too. The page is at landplan.io/refer.

Every member gets a link, on a trial too.
Share your link
Copy Your personal link (for example https://landplan.io/join/JSMITH) into your own emails, texts or posts, or show your QR code.
The link opens a page that says who invited them and Your offer, with Create my free account. Your link is remembered in their browser for 60 days, so they can sign up later and still get the offer.
Invite by email
Under Invite by email, type Their name, Their email, Company (optional) and Your message, then click Send invite.
- We send it from landplan.io with your name, for example Jane Smith via landplan.io, and replies come to you.
- Your message is plain text, up to 500 characters, with no links: your link is added for you. It starts with a suggested message you can change.
- The line above the form says how many invites you have left today.
Who you referred
People you referred lists each person and Where they are:

Commission shows what you earn for them and where it is, for example $162.00 pending until Nov 10, $162.00 earned, $162.00 paid, Refunded, Nothing earned or Taken back, with the rate and what they paid (15% of $1,080.00).
Contact the people you referred
For each person who signed up with your link or invite, the list shows their name, email and company as on their account, with their email as a link. Use it to check in with them and offer help getting started before their money-back period ends. Their phone number and how they use landplan.io are not shared.
They are told when they sign up: the link's page and the sign-up page say Signing up with this link lets the person who invited you see your name, email and company, so they can help you get started. People you only invited show nothing more until they sign up. Use their details only to help them with landplan.io.
What they get
- The usual 7-day free trial.
- 10% off their first 12 months of any plan: 12 monthly bills, or their first yearly bill. The discount is applied at checkout when they sign up with your link or invite.
The offer is for new accounts only.
What you get
A commission on the first payment of each person you refer: a percent of what they paid for their first plan (a year on a yearly plan, the first month on a monthly one).

For example, someone you refer pays $1,080 for a yearly plan (after their 10% off): on your first 5 sales you earn $162.00. Your earnings shows the rate of your next sale and when it goes up. landplan.io may set a higher rate for a partner; the page then says Your rate: 30%, set for you.
- A commission is earned when the person you referred makes their first payment, not when they sign up.
- It is pending for 30 days, the money-back guarantee. If their payment is refunded in that time, the commission is void (Refunded) and doesn't count as a sale. After 30 days it is earned.
- Paid: landplan.io pays out earned commissions and contacts you to arrange it. Payouts straight to your bank account are planned.
- Someone who signs up with their own link, a test payment, or a payment made while the program is off earns nothing.
Members who earned months of credit before commissions started keep them: Months banked shows them, and they come off your next bills automatically (at most 50% of any one bill, so no bill is $0). Founding Member bonuses are months too.
Invite limits
- You can send 20 invites a day.
- The same address can't be invited again (by anyone) for 30 days.
- People who already have a landplan.io account, and addresses that unsubscribed from landplan.io emails, can't be invited.
- Every invite carries an unsubscribe link. Someone who unsubscribes can't be invited again by any member.
- Invites are paused for an account whose invites bounce or are marked as spam repeatedly.
Founding Members
Members who were paying when the referral program started are Founding Members. Each one has a numbered badge, for example Founding Member #042 of 212, at the top of the Refer & earn page.
- Locked price: your price is locked 20% below the list price for as long as your plan stays active.
- Switch bonus: a Founding Member on a monthly plan who moves to a yearly plan by January 31, 2027 gets 3 months of credit at once (within the 6-month bank). The months come off your next bills, a few days before each renewal.
Fair use
landplan.io may void a commission, take back months or turn off a referral link when someone refers themselves or makes accounts to earn commissions, or when invites are sent as spam. A turned-off link earns nothing. landplan.io may change or end the program; commissions already earned are still paid, and months already in your bank stay usable while your plan is active.
