landplan.io is a small project based land planning software with a focus on the septic planning industry.

We know as a septic contractor working in this industry, you may come to a point when you need assistance with a drawing or design.
In the case of a homeowner needing a new septic system, you may want an unbiased estimate representing the most economical septic layout.

For these moments, NewSeptic has developed our Job submission form.

This form is available online and allows you to enter job information and make it easy to track progress on septic planning.

Job Post Step 1 ​

Enter your contact information. If you are a returning submitter, this form should remained filled out.

Job Post Step 2 ​

Enter the information for the site you want reviewed.

Job Post Step 3 ​

Enter details about the job scope. There are checkboxes for details about the new septic. You can select what type of new septic system is desired and also add notes.

Job Post Step 4 ​

Upload any documents related to the new septic. You may have new building plans showing the house footprint, survey documents, soil tests, or site reviews.

Job Post Step 5 (optional) ​

You can optionally select a worker to send your job to if you have already someone you have selected.
